I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not properly cooked—when I cut into the chicken, it had visible traces of blood. I immediately informed the waiter, who confirmed that the chicken was indeed undercooked. They took the plate back, but when it was returned, nothing had improved. The fries were cold, and the chicken was still not properly cooked.
I did not enjoy my meal and decided to leave due to the lack of professionalism and awareness of basic food safety standards. I informed the manager about the situation, and his response was shockingly dismissive: "Yes, I know, just pay half of the meal."
This isn't just a service issue; it's a serious food safety concern.
It’s worth noting that the restaurant wasn’t even busy—it was a Wednesday night. This experience was unacceptable, and I expected far better.
